Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Present findings to C-suite executives through data-driven narratives
- A/B test hypotheses and optimize conversion funnels for key business metrics
- Maintain data integrity and governance frameworks across all analytics workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics with SQL proficiency
- Expertise in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and R for statistical modeling
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI dashboard development experience
- Strong knowledge of statistical methods and experimental design
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating complex data storytelling projects
