Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and dashboards using SQL and Tableau.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Translate technical findings into clear, non-technical business recommendations for stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting platforms.
- Automate manual reporting processes to increase team efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (querying, indexing, optimization).
- Strong coding skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data to executive leadership.
