Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines to collect, clean, and transform data from multiple sources.
- Utilize SQL, Python, and R to perform complex queries and statistical analysis on large datasets.
- Create interactive, high-level dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to present insights to stakeholders.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement within the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting requirements.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with data security standards.
- Document analytical processes and share knowledge with the data science team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift) and experience with ERDs.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
- Expertise in visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
