Responsibilities
- Perform deep-dive analysis on complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) using Tableau or Power BI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and translate business questions into analytical solutions.
- Build and maintain ETL pipelines to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and availability.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and compelling manner.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate hypotheses and optimize product features.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Azure SQL) is a plus.
