Responsibilities
- Drive Decision-Making: Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and visual reports that guide executive strategy.
- Data Modeling & ETL: Design, build, and maintain robust data models and pipelines to ensure data integrity and accessibility across the organization.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) in real-time.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct in-depth statistical analysis and forecasting to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Operations) to understand business needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current data workflows and propose automation strategies to streamline operations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Python or R, and visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, persuasive manner.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of solving complex business problems.
- Tools: Experience with cloud data warehouses (AWS Redshift/GCP BigQuery) is a plus.
