Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end data analysis lifecycle, from requirement gathering to final reporting.
- Develop advanced SQL queries and Python scripts to extract and manipulate large datasets.
- Create interactive, high-impact dashboards in Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders.
- Identify trends and anomalies in data to support strategic decision-making and forecasting.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to improve data infrastructure and accuracy.
- Document data processes and maintain clear documentation for data governance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably in the finance or tech sector.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Expert-level knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Experience managing relocation logistics or working in a remote-first, global team structure.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
