Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines using SQL and Python.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform business strategy.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and improve data collection processes.
- Perform data quality checks and ensure data integrity across all systems.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders through clear reports and presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Strong experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Snowflake) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
