Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex SQL databases to support business analytics
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design statistical models to forecast market trends and customer behavior
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and reporting frameworks
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize digital product performance
- Present findings to leadership with actionable recommendations
- Maintain data governance standards and compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with SQL proficiency
- Advanced skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and R
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities
- Proven track record of translating complex data into actionable insights
