Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis and modeling to identify patterns, trends, and correlations within the data.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI to present findings to stakeholders.
- Reporting: Create detailed weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports that summarize key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to define data requirements and suggest improvements to data collection processes.
- Forecasting: Develop predictive models to forecast future trends and assist in strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation; experience with Python or R is highly desirable.
- Visualization Tools: Strong experience creating dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business insights for non-technical audiences.
- Remote Work: Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time management skills.
