Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Conduct statistical modeling and predictive analysis to identify business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into strategic recommendations
- A/B test hypotheses and measure campaign performance for digital marketing initiatives
- Automate reporting processes to deliver real-time analytics to stakeholders

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and R for data manipulation
- Advanced expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experience with hypothesis testing
