In this pivotal position, you will act as the bridge between raw data and strategic decision-making. You will own the data lifecycle for key stakeholders, ensuring our reporting infrastructure is robust, scalable, and insightful. This role supports both our Tampa, FL headquarters and our California operations.

Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources using SQL, Python, and ETL tools.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize complex metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to identify key business opportunities.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports that drive strategic planning and performance review meetings.
- Perform root cause analysis on data anomalies and implement corrective measures.
- Document data processes and create training materials for non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends in data analytics and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting (Python or R).
- Strong experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting with a specific weekend schedule.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting insights to leadership.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and integrity.
