Responsibilities
- Data Extraction & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate large, complex datasets from various sources to ensure high-quality analysis and reporting standards.
- Dashboard Creation: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct advanced statistical analysis and A/B testing to interpret data patterns and provide actionable recommendations to the product and strategy teams.
- Report Generation: Create comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports that summarize findings, highlighting insights and strategic implications for leadership.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical data solutions.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement within data pipelines and recommend automation strategies to increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation and analysis.
- Visualization Tools: Strong working knowledge of Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Remote Work: Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
