Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines to support business intelligence needs.
- Query large and complex datasets using SQL to extract actionable insights and identify trends.
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to present findings to stakeholders.
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to measure the impact of product changes and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and data requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting systems.
- Document data pipelines and analytical methodologies for team knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Strong hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
