Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain complex dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders in Dallas, TX and Ohio, to define data requirements.
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting systems.
- Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL (Querying, Stored Procedures) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
