Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Visualization: Create intuitive dashboards and interactive reports using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Statistical Modeling: Develop statistical models and perform regression analysis to forecast business metrics and performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Data Quality: Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting systems by implementing data governance best practices.
- Documentation: Document data sources, methodologies, and findings to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data extraction; experience with Python or R for advanced analytics.
- Tools: Strong working knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into business value.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot data issues and derive solutions.
