We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our innovative team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within the United States. You will play a pivotal role in driving data-informed decision-making across the organization.
What You Will Do:
- Transform complex datasets into actionable insights and clear visualizations.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business metrics.
- Perform deep-dive analyses to solve complex business problems.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure high data quality.
- Write optimized SQL queries to extract and manipulate data for analysis.
- Design and implement data models and warehousing strategies.
- Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a remote or distributed environment.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.) and Python or R.
- Strong experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
