Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, and Looker
- Develop SQL queries to extract, clean, and manipulate data from multiple sources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Design and implement A/B tests to optimize marketing campaigns and product features
- Present data-driven insights to stakeholders through clear, concise reports
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and documentation practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and R
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Strong statistical analysis and experimental design skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions in fast-paced environments
