Responsibilities
- Drive Insights: Design and maintain complex dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) to provide real-time visibility into key business metrics.
- Data Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and develop models that solve critical business problems.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data across all reporting systems.
- Forecasting: Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and guide long-term strategy.
- Process Optimization: Automate reporting workflows using Python and SQL to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present data-driven findings to non-technical audiences in a clear, compelling, and persuasive manner.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Visualization: Expert-level experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Remote Work: Proven track record of successfully working in a remote or hybrid environment.
