Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Modeling: Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that drive business decisions.
- Reporting & Visualization: Create intuitive dashboards and reports (Tableau/PowerBI) for stakeholders to monitor KPIs and performance metrics.
- A/B Testing: Design and execute experiments to validate product changes and optimize user experience.
- SQL & Data Engineering: Write complex SQL queries to extract data from various sources and ensure data integrity.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex data findings to non-technical audiences in a clear and compelling manner.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve data collection workflows.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in Data Analysis, preferably within the Tech industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools.
- Location: Must be authorized to work in the USA and willing to work remotely (Open to Charlotte, NC and Virginia applicants).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to think critically and solve complex business problems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
