Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to gather requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Perform data cleaning and validation to ensure the highest quality of reporting accuracy.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Present findings in clear, concise, and compelling formats to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and querying (PostgreSQL, MySQL preferred).
- Strong skills in Excel and experience with Python or R is a plus.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
