Responsibilities
- Data Strategy & Modeling: Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and ETL processes to support business intelligence requirements.
- Dashboard Creation: Build interactive and intuitive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to understand data needs and deliver customized reporting solutions.
- SQL & Data Mining: Write optimized SQL queries to extract and manipulate large datasets from various sources.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably in a remote or distributed team environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Strong experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and non-technical business recommendations.
