Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust backend services using Python/Node.js
- Collaborate via Slack/Jira to define sprint goals and technical requirements
- Optimize database performance and implement RESTful APIs
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Deploy solutions using AWS/GCP CI/CD pipelines
- Document technical specifications and API documentation
- Participate in agile ceremonies (2-3 hours/week)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack development
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and cloud platforms
