Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Collect, process, and validate data sets to ensure high-quality input for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop interactive and visually compelling dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to understand their data needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Forecasting: Build predictive models to forecast future trends and support long-term strategic planning.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to executive leadership clearly and concisely.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation; strong experience with Python or R for advanced analytics.
- Visualization: Expert-level experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical data into business insights for non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with cloud data warehousing (e.g., AWS, Azure, Snowflake).
