As a Data Analyst at Apex, you will be the architect of our data strategy, turning complex datasets into clear, actionable business intelligence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth, optimize operations, and deliver high-impact reports.

Responsibilities
- Design and maintain complex dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL and Python to uncover actionable insights.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and success metrics.
- Create automated reporting systems to reduce manual data entry and improve accuracy.
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to drive product optimization and marketing strategy.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear, concise presentations and documentation.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with company security protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with Python or R.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Seattle, WA area.
