Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Create interactive Tableau dashboards and Power BI reports for executive stakeholders
- Conduct A/B tests and statistical analysis to optimize marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling data storytelling
- Maintain data governance frameworks ensuring compliance with GDPR and CCPA
- Mentor junior analysts through our peer review process
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (MS preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and R
- Advanced Tableau certification with portfolio of enterprise dashboards
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling and machine learning basics
- Portfolio demonstrating complex data visualization projects
- Remote work experience with asynchronous collaboration tools
