Responsibilities
- Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain complex, interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business health.
- Data Mining & Analysis: Perform deep-dive statistical analysis and data mining to uncover hidden trends, patterns, and anomalies in large, complex datasets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, marketing teams, and engineering leads to define metrics, analyze user behavior, and drive data-informed product decisions.
- ETL & SQL Mastery: Build and optimize ETL processes and write complex SQL queries to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and efficiency across all data warehousing systems.
- Reporting & Communication: Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders through clear, concise executive summaries and presentations.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting tasks and improve the overall data infrastructure of the organization.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within the tech, fintech, or SaaS sectors.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with Python or R for data manipulation and scripting.
- Visualization Tools: Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
