Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create compelling data visualizations using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to optimize marketing campaigns
- Develop predictive models to forecast market behavior and customer segmentation
- Collaborate with product teams to translate data insights into product improvements
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record in remote work
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn), and visualization tools
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical findings to non-technical audiences
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and big data technologies
- Certification in Google Analytics or Tableau a plus
