Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
- Perform deep-dive analysis on large, unstructured datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and create standardized reporting frameworks.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous cleaning and validation processes.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, compelling narrative.
- Automate manual reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce data errors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Developer.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Expert level knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Experience with Relocation Assistance processes and moving to new cities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
