Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Implement data quality initiatives and optimize database performance
- Mentor junior analysts and guide best practices in data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge and experience with A/B testing methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex insights simply
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Portfolio demonstrating past analytical projects and impact
