Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, analytical goals, and reporting needs.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and A/B testing to support product optimization and marketing campaigns.
- Create clear, concise, and actionable reports and executive summaries to communicate findings to non-technical audiences.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting systems and databases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) for data extraction, cleaning, and manipulation.
- Strong proficiency in Python or R for data scripting and statistical modeling.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
