Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, forecast business outcomes, and optimize operational efficiency
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions
- Design and implement A/B tests to validate hypotheses and drive product improvements
- Automate reporting pipelines using SQL and Python to enhance data accessibility

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with proven impact in data-driven decision making
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical modeling skills and experience with experimental design
