Responsibilities
- Perform Complex Data Analysis: Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify patterns, correlations, and insights that drive business growth.
- Develop Visualizations: Create compelling dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
- SQL & Database Management: Write optimized SQL queries to retrieve data and collaborate with engineering teams to improve data infrastructure.
- Statistical Modeling: Apply statistical techniques to forecast trends and support evidence-based decision-making processes.
- Collaborative Problem Solving: Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations) to understand their data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend process improvements based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Data Analysis or Data Science.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into non-technical insights.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Remote Readiness: Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
