Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources to ensure high data quality for analysis.
- Develop complex data models and dashboards (using Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Operations, to define reporting requirements and data needs.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, compelling, and non-technical manner.
- Maintain data governance protocols and documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and at least one visualization tool (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret complex data and translate it into strategic business insights.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence decision-making.
- Adaptability: Ability to work independently in a Remote setting or in our Raleigh, NC office.
