Responsibilities
- Analyze Complex Datasets: Extract, clean, and analyze large volumes of data to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive business growth.
- Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and executive leadership to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
- A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing to evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and product features.
- Data Strategy: Identify gaps in current data processes and recommend improvements to enhance data quality and integrity.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to non-technical audiences effectively.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role within a top tech environment.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
- Data Modeling: Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling techniques.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data findings to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- Location: Must reside in Raleigh, NC or Virginia to qualify for this remote role.
