Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to uncover business trends
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement automated data pipelines for real-time reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Present findings to leadership through compelling visualizations and recommendations
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous testing and documentation standards
- Lead ad-hoc analytics projects to support strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analytics experience with remote work background
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis skills and experience with A/B testing methodologies
- Experience building automated ETL pipelines using AWS/GCP or Azure
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex data to non-technical audiences
- Certification in Tableau, Google Analytics, or AWS Data Analytics preferred
