Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Philadelphia and California to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Create detailed reports and executive summaries to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Build and optimize SQL queries to extract data from various databases and data warehouses.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement data-driven solutions to enhance business efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment is a plus.
