Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Develop and maintain automated reporting systems for key stakeholders
- Collaborate with product teams to define data requirements and KPIs
- Present findings to executive leadership through clear, actionable insights
- Optimize data collection methods to improve quality and efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or similar role
- Expertise in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis and A/B testing experience
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business recommendations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and ETL processes
