Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using Java/Spring Boot and Python
- Optimize backend APIs for high-traffic e-commerce platforms
- Lead CI/CD pipeline automation using Jenkins and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams via agile methodologies
- Conduct code reviews and maintain AWS/GCP infrastructure
- Debug and resolve production issues with 24/7 SLAs
- Document technical specifications and contribute to architecture decisions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend software development
- Proficiency in Java, Python, and cloud-native technologies (AWS/GCP)
- Expertise in microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures
- Strong understanding of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM EST)
