Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleansing: Gather and validate complex datasets from various sources, ensuring high data integrity and accuracy for reporting purposes.
- Advanced Analytics: Perform deep-dive statistical analysis and modeling to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for business growth.
- Visualization & Reporting: Design and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to present findings to executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- SQL & Database Management: Write optimized SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases, improving query performance and data retrieval.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers and marketing teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against business goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation and analysis.
- Tools: Strong experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and spreadsheet software (Excel/Google Sheets) at an advanced level.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical data into actionable business insights.
