Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical frameworks
- Develop automated reporting systems to monitor KPIs and performance metrics
- Present findings to leadership through compelling data narratives and strategic recommendations
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality assurance processes
- Drive A/B testing initiatives to optimize product features and marketing campaigns
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven portfolio
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical insights to non-technical audiences
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
- Certification in data analytics or business intelligence (preferred)
