Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to improve data accessibility and accuracy
- Present findings to leadership through clear, compelling narratives and visualizations
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality assurance protocols
- Drive A/B testing frameworks to optimize user experiences and business outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with SQL and Python (Pandas/NumPy)
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Proven experience translating business questions into analytical solutions
- Strong statistical knowledge (hypothesis testing, regression analysis)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and ETL processes
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
