Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable ETL pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud data platforms
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate product hypotheses
- Present data-driven insights to C-level executives and product stakeholders
- Automate reporting workflows to deliver real-time performance metrics
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data infrastructure and quality
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data literacy initiatives across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analytics experience with B2B SaaS products
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI certification with portfolio of complex visualizations
- Strong statistical modeling and experimental design skills
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, Snowflake, or BigQuery)
- Proven ability to translate technical findings into business recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with executive presentation experience
