Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and business opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and data requirements
- Present findings to executive leadership through clear visualizations and narratives
- Implement data quality controls and optimize data pipelines
- Support A/B testing and statistical modeling initiatives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis
- Advanced experience with Tableau/Power BI and data visualization
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate data into strategy
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and ETL processes
- Excellent communication skills with proven stakeholder management
