Responsibilities
- Data Management: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) complex datasets from various sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Visualization: Design and develop interactive, high-level dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to monitor KPIs and business performance.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that influence strategic business decisions.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and executive summaries for stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to define data requirements and improve reporting capabilities.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Tools: Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical audiences.
