Responsibilities
- Data Strategy & Modeling: Design and implement complex data models and ETL processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Advanced Analytics: Conduct deep-dive analyses using SQL, Python, and R to uncover trends and provide strategic recommendations.
- Visualization: Create compelling dashboards and reports using Tableau or PowerBI to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize data workflows and automate manual reporting tasks.
- Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce data governance policies and best practices across the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data analysis, data science, or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (advanced queries, stored procedures) and Python or R.
- Tools: Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business insights.
