In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between raw data and high-level business strategy. You will own the analytics lifecycle, from data collection and cleaning to complex modeling and executive reporting.

Responsibilities
- Lead Data Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive data analysis plans to support key business initiatives and product growth.
- Advanced Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) that provide real-time visibility into KPIs and performance metrics.
- Statistical Modeling: Apply advanced statistical techniques and predictive modeling to forecast trends and identify potential risks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and ensure data integrity.
- Automated Reporting: Automate reporting processes to reduce manual work and increase efficiency for stakeholders.
- Market Analysis: Conduct competitor and market research analysis to provide insights on industry trends.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, stored procedures) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Tool Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
