Responsibilities
- Strategic Insight Generation: Partner with cross-functional teams to identify key business questions and develop analytical models that drive decision-making.
- Advanced Data Modeling: Construct complex SQL queries and data models to ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and performance for stakeholders.
- Visualization & Reporting: Design and maintain interactive, real-time dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Data Governance: Implement rigorous best practices for data cleaning, validation, and documentation to maintain the highest data quality standards.
- Predictive Analytics: Leverage Python and R to forecast trends and support long-term business planning and risk assessment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and Python (Pandas/NumPy). Must have strong experience with visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and non-technical language for diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues and derive scalable solutions.
