Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets to drive strategic decision-making.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to identify business needs and data requirements.
- Perform statistical analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Present complex data findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and visually appealing manner.
- Optimize business processes through data-driven recommendations.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
- Willingness to relocate to New York or Oklahoma City if preferred.
