Responsibilities
- Drive Business Insights: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop comprehensive dashboards that visualize complex data for stakeholders.
- Data Strategy: Own the end-to-end data lifecycle, including data mining, cleansing, and transformation to ensure high-quality data integrity.
- Forecasting & Modeling: Build predictive models and statistical analyses to forecast trends, optimize operations, and support executive decision-making.
- Visualization: Create intuitive, interactive reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to present findings to non-technical audiences effectively.
- Process Improvement: Continuously refine data collection processes and automate reporting workflows to increase efficiency.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to product and marketing teams, translating data needs into technical requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (advanced querying), Python or R, and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Strong working knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and data warehousing concepts.
- Remote Skills: Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and communicate asynchronously in a remote-first environment.
