Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud technologies (AWS/GCP)
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau/Power BI
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to optimize marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into data solutions
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Maintain data governance frameworks and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
- Mentor junior analysts through peer review sessions and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven portfolio of projects
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical insights to ROI impact
- Certification in data analytics (e.g., Google Data Analytics, Tableau Desktop)
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to non-technical audiences
